I’m Sara, I’m a mom of four girls, a photographer, a PTA board member, and a Beachbody coach. I’m starting The Healthy Taco with a goal to mix healthy eating, and fitness toghether with delicous food, and practicality. Working out should not be an all day affair, neither should it neglected. It is possible to achieve your fitness goals with simple 30 minute workouts each day. It is also possible to eat clean, and still enjoy your favorite flavors. ¬†Flavors like tacos!
