I get a lot of questions about how I plan my meals during the week. I usually tell people that I only plan dinner, but as I’ve been thinking about it, I’ve realized that’s not actually true. I may not have my daily meals fully written out like I do with our dinners, but I do have mental plan that I stick to.
It’s pretty simple to me, but it’s something I’ve been doing for years. So, It’s kinda second nature to me. I started planning things out back when I was a busy mom going to college. I kind of realized I had to or either my family life was going to fall apart, or my college classes would suffer if I didn’t get it together!
I’m so glad I did get it together! Planning out our weekly meals has been such a help, and it made switching to the 21 Day Fix meal plan almost effortless. All I really had to learn was portion control, and to stop buying junk food of course!
Over the next few weeks, I’ll be posting some daily meal plans. Before long there will be a full weeks worth of daily meal plans that can be printed off or referenced for future use. I’ll be scheduling them to post at the same time each week, so check in with me each week to see what I have for you.
All meals are based on the 21 Day Fix meal plan for 1200-1499 calories/day. This can easily be adjusted for the other calorie levels by increasing the portions.
